8 oz cream cheese
4 c shredded cheddar cheese, or any flavor you like
small jar diced pimentos w/juice
1/2 med finely chopped onion
1 stick butter
1 small velveeta
bacon bits to suit your taste
Nuts of any kind, finely chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
mix by hand.
After mixing well, shape into a ball and roll the ball so its completely
covered.
Chill
Serve with crackers
