1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese - grated
1/4 lb. American cheese - slices or cubes
2 8oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/4 lb. shelled pecans - chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic - minced

Allow cheese to set at room temp. Run the above, except nuts, through mixer until blended well. Then season with:
1 t. tobasco 1 T. lemon juice
1/2 t. salt 2 t. dried minced onion
1/2 t. dried red pepper flakes
Mix well. Add nuts and mix again.
Shape into a ball and roll
sprinkle with:
1 t. chili powder
dash of paprika
chill in frig. for at least 24 hours.
