1 package mild seasoned ground pork
2 large carrots
2 stalks celery
3 potatoes (any kind!)
1 white onion
Bay leaf
Large can of diced tomatoes
1tbsp olive oil
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Roughly chop carrots, celery, onion and potatoes
Heat oil in large soup pot
Brown sausage and onions in soup pot
Add 3-4 cups water, bay leaf, celery and carrots

Simmer until carrots and celery are tender

Add tomatoes and potatoes

Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender

Enjoy!
