Chicken:

2 lbs chicken cut in cubes
3 cloves of garlic chopped
2 TBSP of olive oil
Juice of one lemon
Oregano to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Rosemary to taste

Tzatziki Sauce:

2-3 5.3 oz Chobani plain Greek yogurt
1/2 large cucumber med dice
1 TBSP garlic powder
1/4 cup of white vinegar (use more if you like the sauce thinner)
Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings:

Tomatoes large dice
Cucumbers large dice
Onions slices thin
Lettuce shredded

Pita Breads

Chicken:

Place chicken in a freezer bag

Add all other ingredients and mixt it well

Allow to marinate for a few hours

When ready grill till done

Tzatziki Sauce:

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well

Pitas:

Brush with oil and sprinkle with oregano

Cook on grill until lightly toasted

Assemble sandwich
