2 lbs chicken cut in cubes
1 cup whipped yogurt
½ t cinnamon
½ t black pepper
1 t salt
4 T butter
1 t vinegar
3 T oil
1 cup roughly chopped red onions
1 serrano pepper, deseeded
2 T garlic-ginger paste
1 cup cilantro
1 t salt
½ t black pepper
2 T lemon juice
optional splash of cream

Directions:
Directions:
Throw first 7 ingredients into pot and cook until chicken is 90% done. Remove chicken and add next 7 ingredients until onions are soft. Blend this mixture in blender and return to pot and add ½ cup of water. Cook until oil separates. Return chicken to pot. Cook 5-10 minutes. Turn off stove and add lemon juice and cream and 2 T butter.
