Directions:	Directions: Make a white or yellow cake using a box cake or your own recipe. Bake it in two round cake pans. Cut the two cakes as shown on the diagram and assemble on a baking sheet to form the bunny shape. Ice the entire cake in fluffy white frosting. Cover the cake in coconut (if you are not a fan, you can leave parts uncovered). To make pink coconut, put a small quantity of coconut flakes in a small baggie and add 1-2 drops of red food coloring. Squish the coconut around in the bag until it is pink. Carefully arrange the pink coconut on the cake to make the inside of the ears, paws and cheeks. Use jelly beans for the eyes, nose and "buttons." Add any type of ribbon at the neck.

Personal Notes:	Personal Notes: This is the only "special shape" cake that I know how to make, but it's really cute and easy to do. The hardest part is deciding what order to eat it in...usually the feet go first!
