2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
Small amount of water
I stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour and salt. Add eggs and combine. Add water 1 Tablespoon at a time until a wet, sticky dough forms. Let dough sit for 30 minutes.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Use a spoon and drop small pieces of dough into boiling water. Cook until dumplings all float to the top, usually 4-5 minutes. Drain.

Melt butter in fry pan until slightly browned. Pour over Nifflies. Serve with pork roast or sausage and sauerkraut.
