Cayenne Pepper comes in Carroll Shelby's White Chicken Chilli it can be added for an extra spicy chilli, Take a 12 quart stock pot mix all ingredients together. Simmer and keep warm in 2 crock pot's. The Tortilla Shells are for if you have the perfect tortilla pan set or something similar. They make very nice eatable bowls but do not buy cheap tortillas as they are thin and break easily. Buy a good quality tortilla shell and they are not much different in price.
