24 chicken wings and drumettes, separated
12 oz Italian dressing
3 oz chicken rub
5 oz bbq sauce
3 oz chili sauce
Sauce of choice for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Place the wings in a large resealable bag. Pour in the Italian dressing and toss the wings to coat. Marinate the wings in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours.

Remove wings from marinade and shake off any excess. Season the wings all over with the poultry rub and let sit for 15 minutes.

When ready to cook, set Treager temp to 225º and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. For optimal flavor, use super smoke , if available.

In a small bowl, combine the bbq and chili sauces.

Place wings directly on the grill grates. Close lid and cook until the internal temp reaches 160º.

Remove wing’s and transfer to a large bowl. Increase grill temp to 375º and preheat with the lid closed.

Pour the chili bbq sauce over the wings and toss to coat.

Return the wings to grill, close lid, and sear on both sides until internal temp reaches 165º.

Remove wings from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite wing sauce.
