1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cup milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup Bisquick
1 c. shredded cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Cook beef & onion until brown. Stir in salt & pepper. Spread in pan. Beat milk, eggs, & Bisquick. Pour over meat. Bake for 25 min. Top with cheese and tomatoes (optional). Bake 5-8 min. more.
