1 lb. beef chunks 1 1/2 lb. pork chunks 2 large onions (chopped into 1/2 inch chunks) 2 cups celery (chopped into 1/2 inch chunks) 1 can bean sprouts 1 can water chestnuts 1 can mushrooms 1 can chop suey vegetables soy sauce molasses corn starch
Brown beef and pork. Add onions and celery. Cook until done.
Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts and mushrooms (drained).
Add soy sauce and molasses. Thicken with corn starch and chop suey vegetables (drained).
