4 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
6 T sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites & cream of tarter until frothy. Gradually add sugar a little at a time. Beat until stiff. Do not under beat. Add vanilla. Put on top of cooked crust that you have added the cream pie filling to. Bake at 400º for 8-10 minutes.
