2 heads cauliflower
4 Tbsp. butter
1 medium onion, diced
5 Tbsp. AP flour
2 cups milk
12 oz. shredded cheddar (divided)
Pinch of black pepper and Lawry's seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Steam cauliflower for 6-8 minutes until tender. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 pan. Heat butter and onion in sauce pan until translucent. Add flour, cook and stir until it starts to brown slightly. Gradually pour in milk and whisk. Cook until just simmering. Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 of the cheese until melted. Place cauliflower in baking pan and pour mixture over the top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.
