1 medium head green cabbage
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and brush or spray with olive oil. Set aside.

Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage. Cut off the bottom of the stem and use a sharp knife to slice the cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds. You should have about 4 to 6 rounds, depending on the size of your cabbage.

Arrange the cabbage rounds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil onto each piece of cabbage and rub it around with your fingers (or brush it onto each piece).

In a small bowl, stir together the kosher salt, garlic powder, parsley flakes, dried basil and onion powder. Sprinkle the seasoning blend onto the cabbage rounds. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper on top, i

Roast in the oven until the cabbage is tender and the edges are browned and crispy, about 40 to 45 minutes.
