Onion
Atsuete oil
Water or chicken broth
Cracked black pepper
Salt
Fish sauce
Oyster sauce
Cornstarch slurry
Rice vermicelli
Toppings
Hard boiled eggs
Spring onions chopped
Pork rind chicharon crushed
Toasted garlic

Sauté garlic onions & ground pork in oil
Add fish sauce, oyster sauce & black pepper
Let fat render & caramelize
Add water or chicken broth
Simmer until cooked
Add peeled shrimps & slurry to thicken while stirring continuously to avoid clumps season to taste
when shrimp is pink turn off the heat then set aside
Dip the vermicelli in hot water & rinse in cold water
Drain
Mix vermicelli with sauce
Add the toppings
Serve with lemon
