8-10 cucumbers
5 cups water
3 ½ cups distilled vinegar
5 teaspoons dill seed
4 teaspoons mustard seed
1 garlic clove per jar
black peppercorns
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons pickling salt

Directions:
Directions:
Get jars ready as normal, sterilize etc.
Mix peppercorn, dill seed, mustard seed, together and split between all the jars add 1 garlic clove in each jar
Add cucumbers (whole, sliced, speared whatever way you choose to eat them) to the jars pack as tight as possible.
Make brine, add water, vinegar, pickling salt and sugar in a pan over medium heat and bring to a boil stirring often until everything is fully dissolved.
Pour brine over cucumbers in jars leaving about ½” at the top
Lightly put the seal and cap on and continue with canning process
