12 cups chopped tomatoes
6 tablespoons of minced garlic
2 large onions
¼ cup chipotle peppers
¾ diced bell pepper
4 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons salt
6 tablespoons ground cumin
½ cup parsley
¼ cup oregano

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot cook tomatoes till boiling, simmer for ½ hour
Add onions, garlic, chipotle peppers and simmer 20 minutes
Add bell peppers, lime juice, salt, cumin, parsley and oregano and simmer 10 more minutes
Prep jars and begin canning process
