24 ounces refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup butter
½ cup light brown sugar packed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Separate biscuits and cut each one into four equal pieces.
In a bowl or plastic bag, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon & pumpkin spice. Drop and roll each piece of dough in the sugar-cinnamon-spice mixture, make sure each piece is coated.
Gently arrange the cinnamon-sugar biscuit pieces onto a heavily greased pan.

In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar and butter. Add the remaining sugar-cinnamon-spice mixture. Gently heat the mixture until the butter melts and the mixture just begins to boil. Immediately remove from heat. Stir until the sugars have fully dissolved. Carefully drizzle the warm mixture over the rolled dough balls in the pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes. Keep an eye on it as baking times may vary.
Allow the pan to rest for about 5 minutes.
Flip over the pan onto parchment paper to release the monkey bread & serve.
