Ingredients:

* 2 cups cooked white rice
* 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
* 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 tsp dried thyme
* Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, and dried thyme.
