2 cups Jasmine rice (rinsed until water is clear)
1 cup coconut cream
1.5 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, coconut cream, sugar, salt and water in medium saucepan
Bring just to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar them cover and reduce heat to low
Cook until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, 40-45 minutes
Fluff rice with fork and let sit for 20 minutes
