1 lb. fresh asparagus
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F
Coat baking sheet with olive oil
Place asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet
Sprinkle asparagus with salt and pepper
Place in oven and roast for 8-1 minutes
Drizzle with remaining olive oil and lemon juice
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over asparagus and serve
