3 Medium Zucchini - grated
1 Egg - beaten
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Panko
Salt
Minced Garlic
Chopped Onions (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Salt the zucchini, drain & squeeze.
Combine all ingredients.
Make into patties and sauté in butter until brown.
