1 1/2 lbs ground beef
4 large russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 med. onion, chopped
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 10.75 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c milk
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp olive oil
garnish with parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook meat with chopped onion. Drain grease. Layer: potatoes at bottom. Top with 1/2 meat mixture. 1 cup cheese. Repeat. Whisk together the cream of mushroom, milk, garlic powder, papriks, salt, and pepper. Pour over top evenly to seep between layers. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes covered with aluminum foil.
