1 Tbsp olive oil
2 c finely sliced onion
6 Tbsp unsalted butter
garlic powder and kosher salt
2 Tbsp ketchup
1 1/2 lb Hb meat
Worchestershire sauce, 2 tsp
8 rye bread slices
8 oz swiss cheese slices

Directions:
Carmelize onion with olive oil. Add little salt and pepper to taste. Melt 2 Tbsp butter. In bowl combine hb meat, ketchup, worchestershire sauce, 1/2 onion powder, 1 tsp salt, and a pinch of pepper. Make 4 equal patties and roll into patties no bigger than bread slices. Brown patties. Take patties out and clean pan. Melt 2 Tbsp of remaining butter in pan. Place 4 pieces of rye bread in the pan butter sides down. Place patties, swiss cheese, half the onion and a second piece of cheese a top each. Butter other bread and place on top of mixture. Flip and mash until brown.
