1 pound lean bacon- break up after cooking
2 1/2 pounds potatoes-peeled and chunked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pound velveeta-cut up in pieces
large onion-chopped
garlic- to taste










Directions:
Directions:
Soak potatoes in cold water for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Mix potatoes and soups together, cook until potatoes are done. Stir often
Fry bacon, drain.
Saute onion in bacon drippings
Mix onions, bacon and velveeta into soup mixture.
After cheese is melted soup is ready.

Let sit for ten minutes before serving.
Great with hot rolls,crackers, or cornbread.
