Loaf:
1 pound Ground Venison
1 pound Mild Sausage
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
1 Medium Onion, chopped
2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs

Topping:
⅔ cup Ketchup
4 tbsp Brown Sugar
1½ tbsp Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Grease a large loaf pan or two smaller pans. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place into prepared loaf pan and shape into loaf.

Combine topping ingredients in small bowl and pour on top of meatloaf.

Bake for 1 hour or until center is cooked through.
