1 lb penne pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
2 chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
6 slices bacon (chopped)
For the Ranch Sauce:
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1 c heavy cream
½ c grated parmesan cheese
¼ c ranch dressing
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 c cherry tomatoes (halved)
¼ c chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium to high heat
Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
Add to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked thoroughly, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy.
Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel to drain.
To make the ranch sauce, reduce the heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.
Once melted, add the minced garlic and saute for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, grated parmesan, and ranch dressing.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a simmer and allow the sauce to thicken slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
Return the cooked chicken and bacon to the skillet.
Add the cooked pasta and toss until everything is well coated in the ranch sauce.
If the sauce is too thick, add a little pasta water to reach your desired consistency.
Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes until the tomatoes are just softened.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
