4 chicken breast
4 slices bacon
1 egg
7 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
5 ounces heavy cream
salt
pepper
paprika
oregano
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350º

2) Make a slit lengthwise down the center of each chicken breast.

3) Sprinkle each breast with salt, pepper and paprika.

4) Drizzle olive oil over each breast and rub in salt, pepper and paprika well.

5) Combine 5 oz. mozzarella,(reserve about 2 0z cheese for topping at end of cooking) heavy cream, egg and parsley and mix well.

6) Press bacon into slit on chicken and top with cheese mixture.

7) Bake for 40 minutes

8) Remove from oven and top with additional mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of
oregano. Return to oven for 10 more minutes until cheese is melted.
