16 oz Fresh Brussel Sprouts
3 T Olive Oil
½ tsp Kosher Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
3 cloves Garlic, minced
½ c Freshly grated Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and dry brussel sprouts. Trim end off and cut in half.
Toss everything is a bowl.
Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, cut side down.
Bake at 400º for 25-30 minutes.
