6 Tbs of butter
1 Cup Sugar
4 Beaten Eggs
7 slices of white bread (no crust) cut up into chunks
8-10 oz Crushed Pineapple with juice - don't drain
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter & sugar.
Add eggs and beat together.
Fold bread into mixture.
Fold in pineapple.
Pour into an 8 x 8 pan.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour and the top is slightly browned.
