1 can (15 1/4 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (14 3/4 oz) cream-style corn
1 8 oz package Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup butter, melted
1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a large bowl, stir together both cans of corn, Jiffy corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter.
Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake for another 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let stand for at least 5 minutes before serving.
