1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. whole milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)

crumb topping:
1 c. all purpose flour
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375º. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl beat together sugar, eggs and oil. Add milk and vanilla, then flour and mix until smooth. Fold blueberries into batter. Spoon into 18 cupcake pan, filling 3/4 full. Combine crumb topping ingredients and sprinkle on cupcake batter. Bake 40 min.
