2 Cups Luke Warm Water
1/4 Cup Powdered Milk
1 or 2 Packages Dry Yeast (Use 2 for fast rising, 1 tbs. for mixer)
2 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 to 1 Tablespoon Salt
3 Tablespoons Shortening
5-6 Cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add sugar and powdered milk. Add 2 Cups of Flour in the mixer and beat until smooth. Add salt, shortening, beat again. Add flour until dough cleans the bowl and clings to the spoon. Put on lightly floured surface and form into a ball. Rest covered in the bowl for 10 minutes and need it again. Then let it rest and rise again.
