6-8 pork chops 9not real thick)
oil
salt pepper
Onion Soup Mix
1 1/2 c. rice
1-2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c milk
optional- sautee onion in butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pan from pork chops in oil. Salt and pepper. Mix onion soup, rice, milk and mushroom soup and pour over pork chops in greased baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350º. Sometimes I need to add a little more milk if it is getting dry.
