Fresh Pork Loin (I use tenderloin)
Flour
Egg
Breadcrumbs/cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Slice pork rounds in 1/4 inch rounds. Put it between waxed paper and pound into 1/8 inch thickness. Dredge each round in flour and dip in egg and coat on both sides with cracker crumbs
Set aside to dry (I didn't do this)
Then fry golden brown at 350 degrees turning only once
