1½ tsp. Baking soda
½ cup of milk
½ cup butter softened
2cups sugar
2 eggs ( room temperature)
Pinch of salt
3 cups flour
3-4 mashed with fork very ripe bananas
½ cup of walnuts(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Add baking soda to milk and stir well and set aside. Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs. Beat in milk with baking soda. Beat in mashed bananas. Add flour and beat in. Spray loaf pans and bake at 300º for about an hour.
