(Adjust amounts according to size of salad you'd like to make)

Mandarin oranges (drained)
Pineapple tidbits (drained)
Bananas (sliced)
Purple seedless grapes (halved)
Mini marshmallows
Whipping cream (carton)

Directions:
Directions:
Put fruit and marshmallows together in a bowl and slightly mix being careful not to smoosh bananas.

In a separate bowl, blend whipping cream with mixer until peaks form (do not add sugar). Slightly fold into the fruit. Refrigerate an hour to set.

It's best to make this close to serving time as the bananas start to brown.
