2 cup Flour ** for gluten free use Almond flour **
1 tsp Baking powder
1+1/2 cups Butter
2 cups Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbs Cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl beat flour and butter together until smooth.
Add all other ingredients except cream, beat until smooth and creamy.
Add cream and beat until dough pulls away from the sides.
Scoop up small amount of mixture at a time and place on an ungreeced cookie sheet, flatten.
Bake 350 * for 15-17 minutes.
Cool on rack.
Store in a seal container, cookie jar for a week.
In the refrigerator for additional one week.
Freeze in sealed containers for up to a year.
Serve on a decorative plate.
