3 cups Russet potatoes; riced & chilled
3 tbsp Wesson oil
2 tbsp Carnation Milk
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
1.) Cook potatoes; rice and chill them overnight
2.) Mix first 5 ingredients together then add flour
3.) Roll dough into a log and cut into aprox. 10 even sections
4.) Roll each section THIN, put on Lefse griddle and brown (Grill at 475°)
5.) Put in towels to cool
6.) Group 5-6 Lefse and wrap tightly in wax paper, then foil (Freeze if not eating right away)
