Beat eggs to a lemon color. Add sugar and beat more. Add oil and beat again.

Add yeast to warm water & the 1 Tbl of sugar. Stir to dissolve and let set until it starts to rise.

Now to egg mixture beat in 2 cups of flour, then add yeast mixture. Add more flour to make a medium stiff dough. It takes just about the entire 5 lb bag. Now put flour on your counter top and knead the dough for a good 20 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe makes lots of cinnamon rolls! Have a lot of 9x13 pans available!
If making dinner rolls make sure you brush with butter after taking out of oven!
If making cinnamon rolls... my recipe doesn't have instructions but if memory serves grandma would roll them out, slather them with butter, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon all over! Then roll the dough into a tight log. Cut into rolls. Put in pans and let them rise.

This is an all day event!!! Some of my best memories with my grandma are helping her make these rolls! I also remember getting home from school and all the counters were full of grandma's rolls!!! Mom would freeze them and we would eat them on Sunday mornings after church. I also think Dave would sneak them out of the freezer!
