2 pounds round steak, cubed
2 Tablespoons sugar
3 potatoes peeled and cubed
1 medium onion
2 cups canned tomatoes, diced
6 carrots, diced
2 Tablespoons tapioca
½ cup celery, diced
1 cup water
1½ teaspoon salt
1½ teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into dutch oven and mix well. Cover and Bake at 325º for 3½ to 4 hours.
If it is too thin add more tapioca. If too thick add more water.
