Ingredients:  
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1/4 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place steaks in a flat glass dish, pour marinade over steaks. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, longer for tougher cuts of meat. (preferably overnight). Turn steaks ocassionally to get sauce on all sides. Remove steaks from marinade and broil or grill. Enjoy
Adjust quantities of ingredients depending on the number of steaks you are marinating.

Mild oriental sweet/sour flavor marinade. Great for inexpensive cuts of meat as the orange juice and sherry also tenderize the meat.
