1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 jar artichoke hearts (water packed)
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup diced onions
1 Tbsp minced garlic
4 Tbsp softened butter
1/2 cup milk
1 box frozen spinach (thawed, drained, & squeezed dry)
ground fine Ritz Crackers
2 or 3 Tbsp chicken base
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Melt butter in skillet and sauté onion, garlic and artichoke. Add spinach, and milk, bring to a simmer.
Add cream cheese, mix well, until no visible lumps.
Add parmesan cheese.
Bake in oven at 350º for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with cracker crumb topping.
