1½ lbs of chicken
1 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup
1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 cup of rice
1 10.5 oz can of water
cooking spray
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350º

2. Boil chicken until done (about 20-30 minutes), sprinkle with salt and pepper when you
cut it up into small bite size pieces

3. In a large bowl add cut up chicken or shredded, soup mix, cream of chicken soup, can
of water and rice

4. In a lightly sprayed casserole dis, add the mixture and spread out evenly.

5. Cover tightly with tin foil

6. Cook for 1 hour
