2 sticks salted butter
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
saltine crackers
12-15 oz milk chocolate chips (or hershey bars)

Directions:
preheat oven to 375º

Line 10 x 13 cookie sheet with foil and place a single layer of saltine crackers on the foil.

Heat butter and sugar to boiling and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda until frothy, pour over the crackers and spread evenly.

Bake for 9 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle 12-15 oz milk chocolate chips over top. When melted spread smooth with knife.

Let pan sit out until almost cooled then place in freezer for 1 hour. Once frozen remove foil and break up into pieces. Store in freezer until ready to serve.
