"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Charoset, aka Charoses, is a required component of the Passover Seder. Most American Jews usually go with the standard apple based charoset. However, there are many varieties from the many countries where Jewish people have dwelled. The only elements that are required for a concoction to qualify as charoset is at least one of the following: fruit, nuts, spices, wine.

This is part of my charoset collection
