2 c. cooked chicken
3 c. dry spaghetti broken in 2 inch pieces
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. finely diced green peppers
1/4 c. finely diced onion
2 c. reserved chicken broth from pot
1 tsp. Lawry's season salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
salt & pepper to taste
1 c. additional grated cheddar cheese

Boil one fryer in pot until done. Take meat off of the bones and reserve 2 c. for recipe.
Cook spaghetti in same chicken broth until al dente. Do not overcook. When spaghetti is cooked, drain broth & save 2 cups of chicken broth, & combine broth with remaining ingredients except additional cheddar cheese.

Place mixture in casserole pan and top remaining cheddar cheese.

Cover and freeze up to 6 months. Or cover & refrigerate up to 2 days or cook immediately at 350° for 45 minutes. If cheese on top gets too cooked, cover with foil.
