4 Chicken Breasts
1 T Paprika
4-6 Cloves Garlic
1/2 c Heavy Cream
1/4 c Parmesan(grated)
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/4 c White Wine
1/4 c Onion
2-3 c Spinach
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 c Chicken stock
6 T Butter
3 T Olive oil
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken with herbs and spices. Add olive oil & 1/2 of butter to pan. Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown(Color means flavor). Remove chicken from pan. Add remaining butter and wine to deglaze pan. Add onions and sauté until they start to become soft and slightly brown. Add spinach and cook until soft, once spinach has softened, add in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until liquid has reduced, add cheese and mix until combined, season with salt and pepper to taste. Return chicken to pan and simmer. Serve over pasta.
