1/4 TSP PEPPER
1 TB OLIVE OIL1/4 CUP MINCED SHALLOT
1/2 CUP CHICKEN BROTH
3 TB BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 TB BROWN SUGAR
2 TB BUTTER

SALT AND PEPPER ON CHICKEN. HEAT OIL, COOK CHICKEN PROX 4 MIN EACH SIDE. TRANSFER CHICKEN TO SERVING PLATE, KEEP WARM. ADD SHALLOTS TO TO SKILLET COOK FOR ABOUT 3 MIN. ADD BROTH,VINEGAR AND BROWN SUGAR. COOK UNTIL REDUCED TO 1/3 ABOUT 4 MIN. WHISK CHILLED BUTTER. POUR OVER CHICKEN SERVE OVER COOK RICE
