2 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 1/8 tsp salt
2 1/4 cups sugar
4 1/2 cups oats
1 pound butter
1 lg package chocolate chips
4 1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
2 1/3 tsp baking soda
5 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla. Add dry ingredients except oats, choc chips and nuts to creamed mixture. Mix well, stir in oats, chips and nuts. Using an ice cream scoop, place 4 large scoops of dough on cookie sheet. Bake at 375º until flattened and browned (12-15 minutes).
